Allow 1-5 days in transit (This excludes production time). We send on an overnight service, so sometimes it will be the following day, but there can be delays. For rural deliveries, expect an extra 2-3 days. View our shipping policy for further details.

All of our products, aside from our rustic art, are made to order. If there is a design you love but would like something changed, feel free to email us at woodlanddesignsnz@outlook.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request for custom wooden designs or personalised wood products.

We would love to! Complete the custom order request form and we will look at what you need and see if we can make it happen for you. You will receive a no-obligation quote first for your unique handcrafted wooden gifts or custom commercial gifts.

Usually, custom orders can take anywhere between 5-15 days depending on our current workload. If you need your order in a guaranteed 5-day period (excluding postage time), please add rush service to your cart. There is a $10 charge as additional hours might need to be worked to ensure this is completed in time.

We can engrave on various materials! The main materials we use are wood, acrylic, and slate, but we have also done the occasional engrave on silicone, stone, and leather. Some materials can release chemicals when engraved, so research needs to be done before trying new materials, but there is so much you can do!

We sure can. Send us an email with your theme and the signs you need, and we can prepare a quote and draft ideas for you, including custom wooden wedding gifts and wooden Christmas decorations.

Our pieces are made from quality materials, but it all depends on how they are looked after as to how they last, so we do not offer a warranty. However, if you have issues with one of our products, please do let us know.

Please contact us straight away with photos, and we will organise a replacement as soon as possible. We do our best to ensure your goods are packaged as best as possible, but the occasional breakage may happen.

Yes, we sure do. You may notice that our packaging might not be Instagram-worthy; this is because we prefer to reuse packaging where possible, for two reasons: looking after our environment and also to keep your cost down. We obviously need to purchase packaging items as well, but we ensure that everything purchased is eco-friendly. Our custom wood designs and personalised gifts are created with sustainability in mind.

We would love to help wherever you are in the world; however, we understand there are large costs involved for posting overseas, and some of our products may get questioned at customs, such as our frames made out of recycled fence battens. The best option would be to email us at woodlanddesignsnz@outlook.com with the product and address you would like to send it to, and we will arrange a quote for you.
