Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any personalised or customised designs

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, you will be issued store credit.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged Items

If you received your items damaged please send us an email at , including photos, and we will organise a replacement.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Woodland Designs Limited, 56 Roydon Drive, Kokopu, Whangarei 0179.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and ensuring that it is delivered back to Woodland Designs. Consider using a trackable shipping service.
