Shipping

Free Shipping (NZ):
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on New Zealand orders over $150.

Carrier & Timeframes:
All orders are shipped with NZ Post on overnight delivery. Please allow an extra 1–3 working days for rural addresses.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the items in your cart. If something doesn’t look right with the calculation, please contact us and we’ll happily check it.

Order Processing:
Please allow 3–15 days for your order to be made and sent. Your parcel will ship once your order is complete.

Tracking:
A tracking number is emailed automatically when your shipping label is printed. You can use this to follow your parcel’s progress.

Packaging & Sustainability:
We care about reducing waste wherever possible. All packaging we purchase is eco-friendly and recyclable, and we reuse materials from our supplier orders to give them a second life. This means your parcel may occasionally arrive in a box with printing, logos, or markings from another company—rest assured, it’s simply our way of keeping packaging out of landfill while still ensuring your order is safe and secure.

Delivery Issues:
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with NZ Post to help resolve it. (Photos of any damage help us lodge a claim quickly.)

Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but we’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong.

Authority to Leave:
If you choose Authority to Leave, responsibility transfers once NZ Post confirms delivery.

International Shipping:
We currently ship within New Zealand and to Australia. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. For other international destinations, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Public Holidays & Peak Periods:
During peak times (e.g., Christmas, Mother’s/Father’s Day or weather events), couriers may experience delays outside our control—please order early.
